Brief Introduction:
YT4500-P1 is a domestic coating thickness gauge manufactured by Silk. It can quickly and accurately detect non-conductive coatings on metal substrates. The instrument fully complies with the eddy current test principle specified by ISO 2360,GB/T 4957. ASTM B1400 and other standards. The instrument is stable, accurate and powerful, and is widely used in the manufacturing industry, metal processing industry, chemical industry and other surface engineering detection fields. It is the basic equipment of coating surface process industry.
The Fe probe can detect the thickness of non-magnetic coatings sprayed on magnetic substrates (such as steel), such as the paint coating, powder spraying coating, porcelain coating, chromium coating, copper coating, zinc coating, etc.
The NFe-based probe detects the thickness of all insulating coatings on non-magnetic metal substrates (such as aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, etc.), such as paint coatings, dusting coatings, and ceramic coatings.

1. It can quickly and accurately test the thickness of coatings of various magnetic metal substrates (magnetic method) and non-magnetic metal substrates (eddy current method).
