Introduction

 

T259000+ high illumination/adjustable color temperature transmission light box is a special camera test light box. This product adopts LED light source with high power, high illumination, no flicker, long life and stable color temperature to provide professional lighting environment for camera lens evaluation system.

 

T259000+ high illumination/adjustable color temperature transmission light box (Figure 1) is mainly composed of: light box body, handle, test card slot, transmission panel, light source switch, test card fixing screw, power socket, power switch, light source control box (Figure 3) and other components.

Product features:

Operation Instructions

 

1. Before power-on, please confirm that the connection is in accordance with the power supply of the product. Connect the power cord (as shown in Figure 4), connect the light source cable, and turn on the power switch and the light box fan power switch (the position of the fan power switch is shown in Figure 1).

 

2. Press ON/OFF to light the light source.

 

Note: Before lighting the light source, please first turn on the fan switch of the air power supply and turn on the fan hot fan on the light box.

3. Mode selection

Click the Mode key and make the arrow point to C(as shown in Figure 5) to enter the mode of adjusting color temperature. Press "Increase" or "Reduce". Each press will change the color temperature by 1% and hold it still to quickly change the color temperature.

Click the Mode key to make the arrow point to L(as shown in Figure 6), and enter the dimming mode. Press the Add key to brighten the light source. Press each button to increase by 0.1%, and hold it still to continuously increase. Press reduce key, the light source darkens.Each press reduces 0.1%, and hold it still to quickly change the color temperature.

Click the mode key and make the arrow point to F(as shown in Figure 7) to enter the frequency adjustment mode. Press the increase key to increase the frequency. Each press will increase the frequency by 0.1Hz and hold it still for continuous increase. Press the Reduce key to reduce the frequency by 0.1% each time you press it, and hold it still to reduce the frequency continuously.

 

4. Place the probe of the lux meter on the transmission surface of the light box and adjust the brightness and color temperature of the light box according to the requirement.

 

5. After adjusting to the required illumination, preheat for 5-10 minutes. After the light color is stable, insert the card into the card slot of the light box. The card is in the middle of the transmission surface of the light box, and it can be used for testing after twisting 4 tight fixing screws of the card (as shown in Figure 8).

6. Press ON/OFF to turn OFF the light source. After 3 to 5 minutes, turn OFF the power switch on the control box, and finally turn OFF the fan switch on the light box.

 

7. T259000+ high illumination/adjustable color temperature transmission light box can be connected with computer wirelessly through R485 to USB cable or WiFi, and controlled by PC software. See the Lampbox 2.0 user manual for specific usage.
